According to a US bank , in order to wire our funds to the Philippines they need to wire the funds to the Philippine Bank Branch in US, and that Branch will wire the funds to the bank in the Philippines. How can the US bank wire funds to the Philippines? Please explain in terms of the following terms : Bank name and address, Bank ABA Number, Bank Account number and account name, and swift number. what bank offers free withdrawals (in dollars) in europe from your account?

is there a us based bank from which you can make free withdrawals (not unnecessarily in an ATM but maybe in the actual branch)? i am planning an extended stay in europe and need access to my accounts. i am especially interested of such banks in france and poland. all tips will be appreciated.
also, is there a bank that charges low wire transfer fees from europe to us? but also allows withdrawals for fee/low fee?. is there a us bank that offers deposits in euro?

I will be traveling for a year in Europe and South America, specifically The Netherlands, Germany, France, Croatia, Slovenia, Argentina, Chile and Mexico. What is the best way to deal with money? Should I keep my money in a US bank account? Are there any banks that have free ATM withdrawals at foreign ATMs? How is the exchange rate? If so, which bank?
